💞 1. Can I choose who comes through?
While you may hope to hear from a particular loved one, I can't guarantee who will come through. I trust that whoever does has a reason for being there and will bring the guidance or reassurance you need at that time.
💞 2. Do I need to prepare for my reading?
Simply come with an open mind and an open heart. There's no need to prepare anything or worry about asking the "right" questions. If your reading is online, please make sure you're somewhere quiet and comfortable where you won't be disturbed
💞 3. What if I become emotional?
It's completely natural. Readings can bring comfort, healing and sometimes tears. You're welcome to laugh, cry or simply take a moment if you need one. This is a safe, supportive space.
💞 4. Can I ask questions during my reading?
Absolutely. While I allow spirit to lead the reading, there will always be time to ask questions or seek further guidance where appropriate.
💞 5. Are readings online or in person?
Most readings take place online via Zoom, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own home. Any in-person readings depends on your area and requires a minimum number of 4 people
💞 6. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the time and preparation involved, all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to rearrange your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help.

My intention is always to make the strongest connection possible. While I can't guarantee which loved one will come through, I trust the process and work with spirit in the most genuine and honest way I can. If mediumship isn't appropriate for your session, I'll always explain this openly and continue with intuitive guidance where suitable.
